Receiving checklist
- Check the outer packaging for crushing or water damage before opening.

- Move vials into refrigerated storage promptly and log their arrival.
If something is wrong
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if a parcel arrives damaged, a seal is compromised or a cake looks abnormal. Keep the packaging and the vial as received — photographs of both, plus the batch code, let us resolve it against the production record quickly.
