Do I need credentials to purchase?
Purchasing is restricted to research use. You are agreeing at checkout that the material is intended for laboratory research only, and that it will not be used in humans or animals.
Do you offer multibuy pricing?
Yes. Discounts are applied automatically at the basket: 2.5% on two vials, 5% on three, and 10% on five or more of the same product.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards are accepted at checkout, along with Apple Pay and Google Pay, and an instant automated bank transfer option.

Can I return or exchange a product?
